Terms and Conditions

Scope
The following conditions apply to all contracts that we enter into with our customers. In the case of
Contradiction between these Terms and Conditions of the customer, the customer acknowledges with
his order, only the validity of these Terms and Conditions .

Offers, Orders
Offers are made , unless otherwise agreed binding, as we often short-term price changes
subject . For larger changes (more than 10 %) we will inform you in writing or by telephone.
Purchase orders should be drafted using the original part numbers or by providing
done by model, year, vehicle identification number and engine number.

Delivery, shipping , expenses
Delivery is usually to retail customers by mail, in company with parcel service. The delivery time domestic
is 3-7 days. With longer delivery time , the customer will be informed separately . As a seller , we calculate
only the us arising by the supplier costs and packaging material without further charge. For
Damage liable mail or parcel service. Import Charges and Custom fees when ordering from a destination outside the European Union is NOT included to the shipping cost and has to be paid separately from the Buyer/Customer.

Prices , terms of payment
The prices are ex Vienna, incl. and shall , unless specially indicated, always
per unit ( 1 piece, 1 meter).
Payments will be made as agreed by cash , payment in advance , Paypal, Credit Card or on behalf of
Payment form . Price changes due to supplier price changes are always possible.

Default of Payment
If, after two reminders to pay his (including collection fees and default interest ) is not , is
the case over to a collection agency / attorney .

Retention of title

Return, Exchange
If you have ordered the wrong product , or want to return for any other reason , then it is
the following conditions:
the return must take place at the expense of the sender within 14 days.
the payment is made by credit or remittance of the purchase price .
wrong delivery caused by us at the customer made a payment to its seller .
when returning properly delivered goods we reserve a handling fee of 10%. The product must be free of wear and tear.
Special , special orders , light bulbs, clothing and literature are non-returnable.
 
Warranty, Liability
Warranty applies only to the delivery of new parts. Used parts are excluded from warranty. 
Claims must be made within the warranty period ( 2 years). In
Case of a justified claim , we are entitled to make up within a reasonable time. Should
a repair can not be possible for us, the customer can demand a reduction of the purchase price or at
considerable lack of licensing agreement (Cost will be refunded in this case ).
We are not liable for damages that are caused to the item itself, especially if the
improper installation exists, or new parts will be installed together with old parts, or when vehicles
are stressed beyond their actual purpose beyond (motocross, enduro race use) .

Performance for deliveries and payments is Vienna, jurisdiction is Vienna
